‘quiet 2’ is perfect, at least to my ears! I added that the first half of the line to the timeline and it just worked. Version 10 is uploaded with that line.

Now for some bad news. I’m not using my normal Premiere workflow for this scene, instead trying to learn how to use the free editor of Davinci Resolve. This means that I haven’t figured out how to work with 5.1 surround sound, so everything is in stereo right now. I’d like to figure out how to produce a proper finished product here, but for that I’d want to use the unedited film. So for now, consider this a glorified mockup.

Of course, if someone else had the inclination to produce the final version of this scene, I could provide all the clips and sound effects along with my sincere thanks. Otherwise, I’ll just plan on figuring out this new software at some point 😉
