I hope you have some luck. The only versions I have seen are posted on YT and Dailymotion.
The combination of the low resolution and compression makes any cleanup with Topaz AI or anything else impossible. You can get them slightly better with sharpening and decompression- but if you attempt any upscaling it becomes a horror show, since there isn’t enough detail.
I hope somebody out there has recorded copies from Chiller or SCI-FI, and they surface one day.
