I’m looking for edits of the OT that are the originals for the most part and the only changes made are those that fix things that are objective mistakes or oversights. Can anyone point me toward any edits like this?
Look through the forum for “semi-specialized” “partially despecialized” and “custom special editions”. Anything labled as one of those or similar are probably close to what you’re looking for. Look through the changelogs of these projects for one that keeps the changes you like while eliminating changes you don’t like.
Definitely what Darth Lucas said. See also Adywan’s SW Revisited edits, they fix a TON of those mistakes you’re talking about. That being said, they also make other changes that may or may not be too different from the OG feel you’re after, so YMMV.
