I am personally a big fan of the Rogue One movie. It was entertaining and I went into the cinema unspoiled so the big surprise to me was the reveal of Vader and that the movie ends “5 minutes” before ANH starts. Real fun!

I have only two things I’d alter if I had the abilities to do so:

cut the unnecessary cameo’s of Ponda Baba and Evazan.
remove C3PO & R2 on Yavin and add them without any spoken words on board of the Tantive IV at the end of a hallway as the officer runs to Leia to bring the plans. Ideally, I’d be cool if they had filmed the officer runs past them and C3PO just does a little startled ‘Oh’ as he turns to see him enter the room with Leia. I’m not sure that is feasible in a fan edit.

Missed opportunity, imo but apart from that, wonderful movie that surely will be an enhanced experience when Andor season 2 concludes.
