In truth, I probably only knew of George Lucas by the time the '97 SEs came out. But I LOVED Star Wars before that. Hell, I even thought the SEs were awesome at the time, but then I was too young to understand how they screwed up the originals.

I have come to greatly dislike him, probably since Attack of the Clones came out. It was at that point that I no longer regarded him as a genius. Sometimes I hate him, just depends.
