Watched it again today and had a thought on the Beskar spear.
Maybe you cant push the AI Voice so much, but here it goes:

When Mando picks it up, you could add a line from Mando that says “I almost forgot about this”.

Then the conversation with Boba starts.

Mando: This is all that survived.

Boba: Beskar…

And then in the following shot of Mando add him saying: A forbidden weapon…

While not perfect, it would explain why we have not seen it before (forbidden and not used for a long time) and do some foreshadowing for Episode 3. And since he does not have a ship to hide it anymore, it is plausible that he carries it with him now. The alternative would be to bury it somewhere.
