One thing I’d suggest for the Nobody cut is restoring the lines in the opening “she is not who you think she is” and “who is she?”. I understand the reasoning for removing them, but without it you lose the awesome transition from “who is she?” to Rey’s training and her struggles. Also the way Kylo just lays down his saber with nothing to retort makes him seem way more submissive to Palpatine, which is something we’re trying to avoid.

And the lines still work perfectly fine as setup for the reveal that she’s going to kill Palpatine and take his Throne, something Palpatine tells Kylo off-screen with no setup if the lines are removed, I don’t know how much is being altered for V4 of the Nobody cut, but as long as there’s still a similar reveal about Rey I think those lines still belong in there.
