I’ve spent a lot of time reworking and rethinking the Lothal Temple scenes. Below is the link to the sequence where Ezra encounters Kanan and the Inquisitor.

I’ve recolored the scene to try invoke the Empire Strikes Back Cave sequence. Once lightsabers and fighting are brought in, I’ve used their red and blue colors to introduce some purple as well. I feel like this brings in a more vision/dream like atmosphere to the scene.

Because of the drastic recolor, I’ve also redone the VFX on the lightsabers to bring them back to the Rebels aesthetic as best as I can. I’d love to get feedback!

Changes So Far:

Fixed Audio Sync Issues
Recolored Cave Scene to resemble the ESB cave scene more closely
Cut dialogue with Ezra and “Kanan” before the “Inquisitor” encounter
Modified Kanan’s initial audio to make the sequence feel more “dreamy”
Redid all lightsabers to make them look correct after recoloring
Cut the goofy faces the Inquisitor and Kanan make at each other during their “fight”
Trimmed saber blows to make choreography flow better with new cuts
Added a framerate drop to mirror ESB cave scene
