Hello there.
After the fifth episode came out, I made my own Ahsoka 1st-part movie cut. Originally, I planned to do what I did with The Mandalorian, where I would cut one season into a one movie, but the structure of Ahsoka doesn’t work very well, because none of the episodes are exactly filler or skippable. So I decided to make a 2-parter movie, where each one would be edited from four episodes (1-4 and 5-8), but unfortunately the end of episode 4 is terribly open and episode 5 is so beautifully closed that in the end, I decided that the first movie will consist of five episodes and the second movie from the remaining three (I still don’t know how long the rest of episodes will be long, so I’m afraid the 2nd-movie will have runtime around 2 hours.)
So, I edited the first movie into a 2h 41min runtime without credits. I could put a link to my edit, but I edited it mainly for my wife and daughter, so it is with Czech dubbing and thus unwatchable for english speakers.
Changes compared to the original:

I sped up the shot of Ahsoka falling into the catacombs

I trimmed down the part with Ahsoka’s puzzle to find the map

I cut out Sabine’s intro, so we first see her playing the hologram from Ezra

I trimmed down the Sabine vs Shin duel, because I feel like she shouldn’t last that long against an experienced Dark Jedi

I cut part of Sabina’s helmet training
-
I cut scenes when Marrok speaks (I feel it just doesn’t fit his character)
-
I cut the part where Shin tells Morgan that she and Marrok are taking over the disposal of Ahsoka and Sabine (I think Shin should have more respect for Morgan)

I cut the whole scene from Clone Wars flashback where Ahsoka tells Anakin that Clone Troopers are dying because of her

I cut the scene of Carson Teva stalling back the New Republic captain
-
I sped up some Ahsoka moves (mainly kicks and added kick sound effects)

but the biggest changes were in trimming stretched out scenes or long akward pauses between dialogues
