I'd say Alderaan. Naboo's land and water aren't so evenly distribtued across the surface.

Then again, consiering that most of the planet is in shadow, it's hard to tell for sure. It's definitely not Original Trilogy Alderaan; it was never in shadows before it was blown up in ANH.
