They have the content. They have the platform. They choose not to make that content available. Nor do they explain why.
They treat fans, customers, and consumers with contempt.
And then wonder why they get a bad reputation, or why subscriptions are down, merchandise sales are down, general interest is down.
It is not difficult to treat the fans, customers or consumers with respect. Treat them with some intelligence, answer their queries, instead of ignoring them. This is the 21st century, the digital age of communications, with many different platforms to inform and converse on.
Show all the Star Wars content they have, all the different versions and cuts. Or simply explain why they choose not to.
