Look closely... the closing iris closes too far on the "red arrow" frame, then opens up again slightly on the next frame.
I was about to make myself a new burn anyway (that's why I was looking at everything) because I've just persauded the boss that I need TMPGEnc 3.0 Xpress for work (I do, really) and thought it might make a better MPEG
