Thanks for that; there's always a risk of screwing up when you do something "blind", it's satisfying to know it worked out.

Belbucus indicated some time ago he'd be happy to share the final masters with me or anyone else. I believe he will be using the audio from the DC laserdisc as a reference for sync.

I'm not sure if mono PCM is allowable under the DVD spec, but if PCM (or lossless) is what is shared, it would be ideal for anyone who wants it to encode how they see fit.
