You get a really freaky slurring of the video. I talked to a guy who was able to accomplish the task but he said it was very time consuming. One method is by taking the raw video file into a text editor removing some of the first few lines (hoping their the keyframe) (but not all of the intitial text lines, you need to leave the beginning of the file to make it still recognizable as a video file) and then saving that. Sometimes it works, most often you get nothing. but the results are fantastic.
