Why did you want that? (And I assume you meant "up instead of down"?)
In the original crawl for Episode II, the camera pans up instead of down. All of the other 5 movies pan down, and I wanted this one to pan down as well (with a 180 rotation to the frame). So Reb1138 was able to do that and make it pan down by taking the first frame after the crawl faded out, rotating it 180, and using that as the background plate for the new crawl. Hence, the gradual flipping wasn’t necessary.
