"I disagree. The strong sales of the 2004 DVD release tells me that there ISN'T a market for it cuz the average joe doesn't care what version they have. To them, it's Star Wars and that's it. They're not distinguishing between SE or OT or whatever."

As much as it pains me to say, this is sadly the case.
