Has anyone used Yuhan Blu-ray DVD Creator?

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this, if so tell me where to put it and I will create another post.

Anyway would like to create 4k UHD discs and have been looking at software. I am aware that options are small. It looks like Yuhan is an option but I am unsure, so my question is, has anyone used this software and will it work.

I am aware that there is some question if the disk will work on your bluray player, I have a Oppo one and I can see posts where it says it does. I will test this.

Anyway I am wondering what other user’s experience is with trying to create the disks.

Yes, I made a lot of 4K discs with Yuhan 4K UHD Creator(https://yuhanmedia.com/), and it played very well on Sony and Panasonic’s 4K UHD Blu-ray Player, but I haven’t tried Oppo’s player, you can try it for free, the trial version can make 5 minutes.

AWESOME! Thanks for this info.

How does your player handle switching layers? Is there a pause. As far as playing the discs, I have read a few general posts that the discs work, even the 100gb ones. I bought a re-writable 100 to test. Here is hoping.

At present I make 4K UHD discs are BD25 and BD50 disc, they are all fine, but BD66 and BD100 writable discs may have problems because they are double-layered, I see online users say that 4K UHD Player does not support, but you can save as BD66 and BD100 ISO.

I have read that oppo updated their firmware to accept bd66 and bd100 but I bought a re-writable disk to test. I heard Panasonic updated too but I am not sure about that. At least the high end.

The only other question I have is what makes it an HD disk is it the disk it’s written on or the format of the video. Meaning can I write a bluray to a DB50 disk and will work as a bluray or HD disk, and visa versa, if I use a common bluray disk and write 5 mins of 4k footage is it still seen as an HD disk? If this is the case I can use bluray software to do better menus on some of the 1080p bonus footage I have and put it all on one disk.

Anyway, thanks for this info it was very helpful.

The latest version 3.7.0 of Yuhan 4K UHD Creator has 24 sets of menus. It encodes video files into 4K HEVC 10bit UHD (3840x2160), and the menu resolution is also 4K (3840x2160), which is very clear. You could try it yourself. Save it as ISO, and play this ISO with vlc media player on the computer, then you can see the whole effect of 4K UHD.
Hope it helps you.
