“concept sketches from working for Neal Scanlan’s CFX dept on #Andor. For B2, Tony Gilroy wanted Cassian and Maarva to have both a salvage droid and a family dog - a loyal, tough and solid little machine packed full of tools and gadgets, a Swiss Army knife of utensils 1/3”
“that could shuffle round and pop out on demand. My initial take on the dog part of the brief was to literally start playing with the purposeful and squat stance of Spike the bulldog from Tom & Jerry. Other sketches explore the utility aspect with the 2 at the bottom of the 2/3”

I love that droid. That Imperial kicking him over arguably started the uprising on Ferrix!
