There are certainly a great deal of new books and comics to grab the attention. Form someone who remembers the Dark Times, and also some of the lower quality releases in the EU, it is a pretty positive time to be a reader of Star Wars content.

Some people did find the inclusion of the Knights Of Ren to have been a little contrived, but seems to be one of the few perceived negatives of these comics. Some have wished that Qi’ra was more involved, featured more, but we are given satisfying reasons for that. Also, despite a great ending, a numbers of reads now wish to her more of her in other stories.

Before diving in, it is worth noting that War Of The Bounty Hunters has 34 issues, with Crimson Reign and Hidden Empire both having 5 issues each.
