All you have to do is send me a PM that includes your preferred email address to where the requester’s unique link can be sent. The email can be temporary i.e. one set-up purely to receive the d/load link. As each unique email-validated link will be active for only a short time, it is advisable to d/load the file ASAP i.e. before access is withdrawn.
