Episode 1 -

In the Greedo scene, I recommend cutting out the portion with subtitles where the name Greedo is mentioned. That solves the problem of shrinking the universe. I also like it included because it gives us an early look at Anakin’s dark side.

It May not be much, but the Bobson Dugnutt expanded edition has a few extra seconds of the duel with Maul that you may consider adding in.
Episode 4 -
I like incorporating the Morrison voice and deleted Biggs scene.
Episode 5 -
Halo9000 used the Battlefront Morrison voice in his ESB edit. You could take a look at it to prevent duplicate efforts.
