It’s one big joke and I’m laughing.

But in all seriousness, I’m okay with this news. New Star Wars films (to which I really don’t think there needs to be any more) should only be made when a new film is absolutely ready and they have a story that must be told. You can’t just make Star Wars for the sake of making Star Wars. Not trying to be cynical, but I just can’t see anything good happening from the studio trying to force a story to be made.

And they should have never announced the films they did. I’m okay with the cancellations, but it looks bad on Lucasfilm’s part.
