EDIT: This is a PAL LD capture, I don't know how it is in other versions.
Fez: I am so excited about Star Whores.
Hyde: Fezzy, man, it's Star Wars.

Rotoscope mistake... Can anyone verify if it's fixed on the 2004 dvds?
“Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.” — Nazi Reich Marshal Hermann Goering

They bend quite a bit in Spaceballs.

To answer the title of this thread: Lightsabers can't bend, but the sticks used to portay them can, or a mess up in CG work can cause them to bend.

Are those expressions in response to:

A. My return
B. My explanation of the lightsaber issue
C. A and B.

Now, as far as lightsabers go, I hope it's not in the Star Wars canon that they can bend just because they do for a split second on screen!

Actually, I'm not surprised that lightsabers can bend, since the travel path of light can be bent as well.

MeBeJedi: Sadly, I believe the prequels are beyond repair.
JediRandy: They’re certainly beyond any repair you’re capable of making.

MeBeJedi: You aren’t one of us.
Go-Mer-Tonic: I can’t say I find that very disappointing.

JediRandy: I won’t suck as much as a fan edit.

Hmm... true, true. I just don't see lightsabers bending, though. In the middle of a battle, that would be bad, very bad.

Maybe there was a localised black hole, or other gravitational well that made it appear as though the light was being bent.

Maybe I should start showing some emotion in my type. My comment was a joke more than anything else. Not an explanation.
