Wikipedia’s article on NoFap is horrendous. It does not even mention dopamine once. And to equate the concept of recovery from porn addiction with the far-right is fucking trash. Quite the opposite actually. Only a small minority of the NoFap movement actually dislike women, Jews, and the like, and I’d say the porn industry are the real misogynists.

There have been people trying to correct the information on the article, but has been reverted.
