The guy in the white attire officer is not in the script only Motti. Where does it state about this officer?

Well I moved them footsteps over to Motti and it did match. So I will have to disagree with you on that one.

I think there is also a section of this in the battle of yavin where motti is behind Tarkin which pre cursors him walking up and saying “we have reached the Alderaan system.” So that scene was moved. Motti is not in the shot with the white officer he would be on the right hand side on the wide shot.

Scene 384 after Red Leader crash is where you see Motti precursor shot for this sequence.

It simply says Tarkin casts a sinister eye on the computer screen. Death star one minute and closing so that’s about everything covered really.
