I will run it through a convertor and see what heppens… This was from a long time ago back in the day 😃

I don’t know if the google drive download option from that link is screwed and its only letting me download the preview version, but the version i grabbed (it’s 40mb), which had the duplicate frames, is 29.97fps and contains the duplicate frames and stuttering that was mentioned.
No that is fine but my 23.976 version has the exact same issue as KG1977’s but as I said I found another version.
The only thing I can think of is that there are 2 versions floating about one with dupes one without.
