The entire scene with Baccus being pulled up the steps to his chair and then falling back down to the dance party is missing from the Kostal soundtrack
Oh wow I didn’t know that.
I guess there can’t technically be an “uncensored” Kostal version, since this was how the Kostal version was released.
But Kostal isn’t a valid version of Fantasia regardless. It’s cool it’s seemingly restored and preserved on archive.org for anyone who might enjoy it or has memories from watching it in the theater. But it will never truly be Fantasia. Personally I can’t see myself ever giving it a view.
