Personally I think Brandon Routh looks like a Kyle Rayner type of Green Lantern, or possibly Nightwing. I know there's actually a manipulation out there of Routh as Batman but I can't find it. I'm still waiting to see if anyone will do a manip of him as Captain Marvel.
