Yeah, anybody could convert this one, please?

Edit: Oh, btw, I've just downloaded Gillean's video (from the previous videomods) and it's not working for me, on my Mac. The codec (WMV3) isn't recognize, as well as the audio (wma2).
Can someone convert it in .mpg, .mov, or .avi?
