What exactly was “woefully pitiful” about it? It was great to have the missing cues in a stereo/surround format - which compliments the wonderful score. You still can’t get that option on any other release, legit or otherwise.
That’s the same as Atmos/DTS:X remixes for a film which was originally mono or stereo surround. Fuck off with that bullshit. OG cinema audio, even if it’s lossy, 100% for me compared to idiotic remixes, which are surround/Atmos/DTS:X, for people such as yourself who want all their speakers working. You only picked what you wanted to respond to.
Yes, I always choose the monoaural track on the CONAN THE BARBARIAN Australian BD I own instead of the remix. Again, I’m only interested in the BD50 USA Theatrical Cut, not the BD25.
