Grevious will do most of the Jedi killing in the movie. We saw this in Clone Wars. While the scene contained no blood it did included some Jedi being wiped out in a quite shocking manner for a cartoon. I think the tone of Clone Wars will show up in Episode 3. I definutly believe we will see some shocking Jedi killing on screen. I will be quite dissipointed if we don't get such a thing. Samual Jackson stated that he will die and will go out with a bang.
George Lucas doesn't direct the Clone Wars cartoons. He doesn't have anything really to do with them. Huge difference between a cartoon and movie.

Return of the Jedi blew alot of opportunities to be dark. Harrison Ford begged for Han Solo to die but George wouldn't allow it. Lando was going to die but they changed there minds. Empire is overthrown by fucking teddy bears. It is not a dark movie at all.
Again, look at the scenes with the Emperor. Nothing in the prequels has been as dark as that gets, with Luke and Vader in an emotional battle and the Emperor overseeing it all and then going to kill Luke. I guess you don't see that.
And don't even trash the Ewoks when the enemies in the prequels are fucking stupid-looking robots that go, "Roger Roger!" and the heros are those stupid Gungans.
