I noticed that on the Peacock streaming service (U.S.) some of the later Harry Potter films actually have some deleted scenes reinserted into them. The first two are the normal extended editions I think, but DHp1 for example actually has the Petunia Dursley scene in it. I think their timing of where that scene is placed is slightly different than yours, which doesn’t matter but I just thought it was neat that its officially into the movie now in some capacity.

Not necessarily ‘official’. As we’ve come to see over the years, whoever licenses broadcast (or streaming) rights can cut in (or out) any footage they want.
Some of the ABC edits of the Potter movies were pretty amateur. It was like an intern did them.

That’s not just true for HP movies. Unless there is a home video release or press release with the studio talking it up, just assume the people showing it have an unapproved edit.

The only really good thing about this is they might get some deleted content we’ve never seen before.

Of course you can usually find scripts if you want to know the official locations of those scenes. My edit of Half-Blood Prince had some cropping, chopping and dicing trying to get one deleted scene back where it was intended in the script.
