It is definitely tricky with all the individual stories. I think the heist stuff does all fit nicely into film two.

The latest episode was jumping around too much. I think they are trying to keep every character story going in the one episode, but maybe in the film version you could merge some scenes and stay on a character longer.

I assume these storylines will converge over the next two episodes. I am guessing that this arc will revolve around another hunt for Andor, but from both the Rebels and the Empire.

If the stories don’t converge until the final three episodes, I wonder if a fifth film (like an episode 3.5) could be spun off with the Coruscant stuff. There would need to be something to “conclude” that story on its own though.
