Now we've gotta make it. I want Philly to be prominently displayed throughout the film. I want Rocky to go broke and be living in the slums of Philly. I want to see the ugly and seedy side of the city. I want Philadelphians to kick him while he's down so we all feel for Rock and hate those that are taking their jabs at him.
