Some people have reported trouble downloading the file. I think this is due to too many requests but I really don’t know.
I’ve tried moving the file in and out of the folder, so please try again if you had/have any issues. Thank you.
As long as the most of them tried to downloaded without being logged in with a google account, than it’s for sure the download quota. Google explains this in their faq.
