I always thought "Star Wars" in German sounded really cool. I think that the idea of keeping the title in German might be the best. But you could have a similar title to Star Wars in German. For instance, I thought, if you're doing all three films, and end up cutting out enough material that's not suitable for a WWII type edit, then perhaps you could restructure the films from 3 into 2. Then you could have something along the lines of "Star Wars: The Empire" and "Star Wars: The Rebellion" or something.

Sitting and typing this it sounds more confusing and less incredible than I thought. Anyway, "Stern Kriege: Das Reich" and "Stern Kriege: Der Aufstand". My German is pathetic so the "the" particles are probably wrong. Somebody else should come up with a title that sounds cool in German while still pertaining to the concept of this project.
