Hey, I hope this is the right section for this (please feel free to move it if not, admins). I have been awaiting satisfying fan edits for the Sequel Trilogy for a while, but it seems there’s so many I don’t know which ones to go with! So I figured I’d ask for some advice from the fan community!

What are your favorite fan edits of VII-IX? Which would you recommend to someone who didn’t like the way certain heroes were characterized (Luke), didn’t enjoy the forced (haha) Mary Sue / PC type elements (Rey, Holdo, etc.) (really not trying to start trouble, just being honest about my personal opinions so I can get more accurate recommendations), and didn’t really care for Palpatine coming back (if there’s an explanation for how it doesn’t undercut I-VI I’m all ears, I just don’t know of one).

“First Order, Last Jedi” sounds like a great edit, but ideally I’d prefer the trilogy remain three separate films in order to maintain the format, rather than being one huge film done in two chapters.

Anyway, you guys have clearly all done amazing work, so thank you, and thanks in advance for any and all help! I’m a baby at fan editing, myself, but so many of you are so next level it always gets me inspired.
