It seems you’ve laid out a way that it could be filmed, and giving the “Sith cult” a face seems like a plus. But you would have to find a solid actor to play the role of essentially evil Oz. It does seem it would be exposition heavy. Might be worth scripting out and see if it how it sounds on paper.
