I agree with Anjohan about the production value of episode 4. This episode is really what we should have received in place of episode 2 (that was too weird for me, personally). Episode 4 have way more emotion, better acting, scenarios and action indeed, and the outline is basically the same of episode 2.
That being said, I agree with the others that after episode 2, this episode smells strongly as filler, unfortunately. And given the intricacies of the story, it’s really hard to connect episode 1 to 4, then episode 3,5 and 6, picking key elements of episode 2 for the transitions. After all, Obi-Wan meets Tala in episode 3, Obi-Wan changes his clothes in episode 4… It would be really contrived to make this show to work in the 1,4,3,5,6 order.
