I do too as of late, but I feel better now after having a burst of inspiration for a hot half hour earlier. Now it’s gone tho.
The washing machine broke so I hadn’t be able to clean my laundry in days. We finally got a new one yesterday so I did a load of laundry with absolutely all my socks and underwear save the pair I was wearing. Then I get outta the shower today to find my brother left for his weekend getaway with literally the entire thing. How can people be so reckless and retarded? No matter how many times I tell him not to take my laundry, he keeps doing it. I’m gonna have to label at this point. If I could make it electrocute him for taking it I would at this point.

Now, I absolutely adore Archive.org, but the WayForward machine, while it’s somewhat accurate at predicting a possible future internet that’s severely restricted, the timeline is just plain cartoonish. “The last copy of 1984 is destroyed and some guy makes it publicly available and gets locked up for life”? Insert Jameson laughing and saying “you serious?” Now that’s about as likely as aliens invading us. There’s many more overblown bosh in the timeline. While I believe there likely will be a few massive corporations controlling a majority of the internet, as well as one solidified news company, Wikipedia being driven underground, ads being implanted into your fucking brain as well as copyrighting facts seems extremely unlikely and sounds like the plot of a dystopian B-movie.
I still love archive.org, but maybe they can find a better way forward by not blowing shit out of proportion.

What the hell is this when I search for some actor and sometimes it shows “[Insert actor here] death” even then said actor is still alive and well!. For example, Tom Lehrer. On of the TOP search results is “tom lehrer death” even though he’s still alive and kicking (as of now).

I’m better now, but was in so much fucking agony before!

Think I might’ve contracted COVID last month. The first day, I developed soreness in the back of my throat, then developed a fever the next. The fever broke after two days, but I developed a horrible cough and spat up phlegm which took several weeks to subside. I’m still not completely over the coughing fits.
I’m not sure it wasn’t just the flu, as I suffered no breathing problems. But my sister developed similar symptoms around the same time, and she complained of feeling some fluid in her lungs, so I dunno.

COVID hits people in a lot of different ways. I basically just had a mild cold/flu and that was it. Lasted about two days.
