Other than the obvious fact that they used it for the DVDs, but not the LDs? You do realize that each frame was scanned individually into a computer, right? Didya think they did that for the LD?

Dudes and Dudettes, many LD transfers, and some DVD transfers, share this syndrome. Hell, sometimes it's on the print itself. Lord knows how often the image "shakes" in the theater!. For the life of me, I don't know why people are acting like it's brand new, much less a big deal. If the DVDs have perfect stabilization, then by all means, go watch those. I, for one, won't waste my time placing all 180,000 frames in the exact center to please people who can't understand that problems like these stick out when one is watching the film with their face two fucking feet away on their computer monitor.[/rant]
