Thanks for the comments. I'll be PM'ing Kaal-Jhyy, and we'll see if we can find a way to make this Bounty Hunter DVD a bit more presentable, and make it available to everyone. And to answer Kaal's questions:
-- It's been awhile since I did this, so I'm not 100% sure of the software I used. I copied the original ".sfd" video files from the PS2 disc, and I believe I used a utility called Xbox SFD To MPEG to convert the files to DVD compliant video.
-- The videos are NTSC.
-- The aspect ratio of the above screenshots is definitely bad. I realized this after I posted them. Not sure what I did wrong.
The videos are definitely in the proper 16X9 anamorphic widescreen ratio though. I have a 16X9 high definition 53" TV, and I have to say the video quality on these cut scenes is truly awesome. 
I really love the Bounty Hunter game, I think the cut scenes are among the best created for a Star Wars game. If we can get a DVD put together with some of the "bonus features" I have in mind, I think it could be really nice.
