So the dialogue is from the first Bad Batch arc in S7.
(Anakin sets down holo receiver)
P: You’re late again.
A: Padme I’m so sorry. We didn’t anticipate the outer rim sieges would last so long.
P: That would be why they call it a siege Anakin.
A: I know. I just thought that I…
P: You thought that you could bring a swift end to the conflict single-handedly.
A: Yeah. (Laughs)
P: Anakin. What you’re doing is important. The Republic needs you on the front lines. Just as they need my voice in the senate.
A: I know.
(Interrupted by Rex’s signal)
P: What is it?
A: Obi-wan is coming.
P: No, that’s not it. There’s something else.
A: It’s Rex. I’m worried that he’s letting his personal feelings drive him too much on this mission.
P: I wonder where he got that from?
(Cuts away to Obi-wan/Rex)
You’ve known Rex a long time. When you throw caution to the wind and take chances, where is he?
A: Right beside me.
P: Then maybe that’s where you should be for him, Ani. Trust his instincts, like he trusts yours.
A: I’m just trying to look out for him.
P: I know you are. … I love you Ani.
(Padme rests a hand on belly, other reaches out to Anakin.)
A: I love you too.

Lego Star Wars Skywalker Saga features the Clone Wars cast for the Prequel Trilogy, and their version of the “I’m pregnant” scene doesn’t have Padme say those words, instead it’s just:
P: Ani, something wonderful has happened. (rests hands on belly)
A: Oh… that’s wonderful.
So I was thinking that maybe with some edits to the Clone Wars scene, we could get this:

Then when we get to RotS, I would just cut the dialogue with her saying she’s pregnant. The focus would be on her thinking he had been dead, and Anakin not wanting to keep hiding their marriage.
I’ll try to put together a proof of concept in the next bit.
