Really hoping the SLV in OAR will be available in September with 4K The Director’s Edition as a bonus feature. At least in 1080p. Should have been released seamless branching last year with the Theatrical remaster 4K+BD of The Motion Picture. Would have been the easiest to implement.
The current remastered 4K & BD of the Theatrical cut has glorious film grain, which this SLV restoration attempt sorely lacks via unwelcomed DNR. I’ve already sold the 2009 BD because of the antiquated transfer and the DNR.
