I’m very interested in this edit! And honestly, I think the original blue color grading you did is beautiful and makes the film look so much better. I know you decided to go more with the red grading, but I just wanted to say that I really like the blue! 💙
I know, right? I loved it too! It was my baby. Still, I think most people have become accustomed to the film being red (Even though most of the film isn’t actually red. I think Snoke’s throne and Crait gave people a bias), so as much as I wanted to go in that direction, popular demand dictated otherwise in this case. I understand, though. The blue look is very unique, and it’s my favorite film look from the ones I’ve created.
Maybe you could do two versions of the edit? ☺️ I know that would be extra work, so only do it if you want to…but it’s your fanedit and if the blue is your favorite, I think you should definitely use it! 💙 It’s just so pretty.
