twister111, I wish you'd been a bit faster with that link, I had to boot up Internet Explorer (blech!), then spend some time upgrading its Flash plugin, before I could get it. Would have prefered just getting the link from you!
Anyway, I'll shortly have a copy of the actual non-streaming file uploaded in a couple of minutes (web is going a bit slow tonight).

I'm used to having hundreds of gigs worth of monthly bandwidth, but recently downgraded and can't remember how much bandwidth I now have. I doubt enough people visit here for it to kill my site though, and before long this thread will be dead and buried anyway![/edit3]
