The supplemental disc in TR47's Ultimate Set contains the Definitive Collection extras INCLUDING the scenes with commentary, but not the trailers as they are spread out over the other three bonus discs. I know this for sure because I created these extras discs specifically to compliment the original TR47 Trilogy. Feel free to contact me for complete info.
