I’m currently watching A Bucket of Blood in 1.37:1 on my PBS station. Soon as I get materials for capturing in higher quality direct from my DVR (my TV tuner is currently out of commission due to circumstances beyond my control), I’ll post screencaps here, complete with station bug in the lower-right-hand corner of the screen.
I think The Incredible Hulk has a chance to be open matte according to this international commercial.

Titanic also has an OM HDTV version that has the full width of the VFX plates, unlike the 3D version, where they were cropped and zoomed into.
Plus, there is Jurassic Park 2 and 3 - OM 4:3 DVDs, OM 1.78:1 HDTV version. Mostly OM, the VFX shots are pan & scan or a mixture of both.
BTW, Andrea, are the Harry Potter longer broadcasts available, as you mentioned on your workprint list?
