Add the clock tower battle from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 to Spider-Man 3. Deepfake Harry and Gwen to match. Now you can have Spider-Man don the black suit out of grief and anger over Gwen’s death. Of course the biggest problem here would be the lack of setup for her relationship with Peter.
