No, we were re-enacting the confrontation between Yoda and Dooku in the novel...

Uh, no.

Anyway, back on topic.

I have just finished Re-Reading The Paradise Snare and I realized just how much better it is than most of the EU. Its a really solid Recommendation if your new to EU.

It didn't "suck", the Han Solo trilogy is just much better.

Nine.
Hundred.
Billion.

I think 900,000,000,000 survivors can't be wrong.

What are you talking about?

Don't you remember when Jacen figures there must be at least Nine-Hundred-Billion survivors on Coruscant even after the Vong reform it?

I knew that was what you were referring to, but you used it completely wrong.

Ok, fine.

I edited it. Think about it. If it wasn't for Traitor, we would have assumed all of those people dead, and not have learned that the population of Coruscant was one Trillion.

Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the Darth Chaltab and The Sessler forums...if you have any comments you wish to make, direct them to these two people. Any other discussions, please create a seperate folder...

Lol, sorry dudes, it's just funny to me that every topic dissolves into the two of you talking. No flames, please!
Which is the more foolish, the fool (the OT) or the fool who follows (the PT)?

"Stay back, or Mr...Fett gets it!"

I think that we only know that it will be called the Dark Nest Trilogy and be written by Troy Denning.

Well, they were churning them out like crazy from 2002-2003, I couldn't keep up.

Besides, two novels have been released in the last two months, what more could you ask for?

Hopefully.

Until then, we've got a slew of comics to ponder over.

BTW, I just finished Jedi Trial.

Overall I guess its an okay book, it has a more militaristic feel than many of the other Clone Wars novels: probably b/c both of the writers served/still serving in the US Military and have written both historical accounts and fictional novels about WWII/Vietnam.

It is for the most part focused on the foot soldiers and their commanders, not the clones or Anakin this time.

The plot is pretty straightforward and you really don't have a doubt as to who will when in the end.

The coolest trivial thing about this novel is the appearance of Neeja Halcyon, I wondered how they would bring him into the Clone Wars if they did at all.

Verdict: I'd say wait for it to come out in paperback, it really doesn't offer that much more to the Clone Wars story.

I'm starting on Yoda: Dark Rendevous next.
